Plans and Limits
Achilles has four plans: Free, Pro, Premium and Enterprise. Every plan runs the same engine, including Agent Builder, guardrails, evals and the full agent runtime. The plans differ in how much you can run, which channels you can use, and which security controls you get.
Limits apply to a workspace, so everyone in a workspace shares them.

Free workspaces start with 50 starter messages that run on our model, so your first agent answers straight away. After that, your agents use your own model key. See Connect your own model key.
Seats
Seats are the people in your workspace, including you. A pending invitation holds a seat until it is accepted or cancelled, so revoke an invitation you no longer need to free the seat.
When you reach a limit
You are told before it happens, not only after.
- At 80% and at 100% of your monthly messages, workspace owners get a notification in the console. At 100% they also get an email.
- At the monthly message limit, your agents pause until your allowance resets on the 1st of the month (UTC). Anyone chatting with an agent sees a short, neutral message. Everything else in the console keeps working.
- At any other limit, such as the number of agents, the button to add more is disabled. Hover over it to see why, and a link to your plan.
Upgrading takes effect within a minute, so a paused agent starts answering again shortly after your plan changes.
If you move to a smaller plan
Nothing you built is deleted. Agents, knowledge bases and channels you already have keep running. You just cannot add more until you are back within the new plan's limits.
See your usage
Open Admin > Plan & Usage in the console. It shows each limit with how much of it you have used, and when your monthly allowance resets. The usage indicator in the header shows your messages for the month at a glance.
